France is really cool but I can’t wait to get home to see my friends and family! JUST TO BE CLEAR FRANCE IS AWESOME. Today we have been to a war memorial and also underground In some shelters that the soldiers his in while they were fighting for their contry. There were lots of really long and really short tunnles that the newzeland people built and it took them 3days. There was also lots of numbers and letters on the wall that directed and showed soldiers where to go. This was because it was so big.
Photos of us learning about how a traditional boulangerie works and having a go at rolling our own croissants and pain au chocolats. From there we went straight to the beach for a sandcastle competition before lunch.
Today we have been to the French bakery. First we were leaded into a room where the company heated up the baguettes and the bread in a large oven which was 3ft sideways and 5ft backwards. After, we were lead into another room where the people who worked there made the dough and rolled them into different shape or pattern. we are new going to Skype our school back! We also made some delicious quasons.

It’s the day before we set off to France! I am busy getting organised and trying to decide what clothes to take because of how beautiful the weather has become. I hope you are all starting to feel excited and are looking forward to the trip as much as I am.
